The concept of the Pure Women's Fitness program is simple: a thorough plan addressing all of the elements of the 100% rule - 80% nutrition, 10% fitness, and 10% heredity. Through your program, you will receive complete nutritional testing and evaluation to determine exactly how foods effect your body. Then, we will put together your eating guidelines and make sure you are comfortable with how to eat for your best health. Diet tracking and evaluation are included for optimal success.
We will also be creating your personal fitness routine based on your body type, goals, and lifestyle. The best thing about this fitness plan is it's versatility...you can do it anywhere, anytime, with any equipment. And another personal perk? If you want to add yoga or work more on your abs, you have only to ask and we can implement that into your current workout.
Having someone be there for your every fitness, food, and health question is a nice bonus, too. Your personal trainer should not just be working out with you two times an week for an hour and leave the rest up to you until the next session...we believe they should also be available by phone or e-mail to help you with any related topics...and care about your goals so they can help you best achieve them. You will receive the best in client services, as well as someone who is vested in your success so you will achieve your goals and reach a higher level of happiness in your life. Though honest to a fault, your trainer should also be caring and give you every tool possible to overcome any obstacles that may be hindering you from that goal.
